Who is TSSA you ask? TSSA (Technical Standards and Safety Authority) administers and enforces technical standards in the province of Ontario in Canada. It is a non-profit organization that has been given powers to enforce and create public safety rules in such areas as elevators, ski lifts, upholstery, amusement rides, fuels, boilers, pressure vessels and operating engineers in order to protect lives and the environment. Over the years, Guardian Tanks has made efforts to always meet every and all TSSA requirements in order to have the safest products on the market. As a result, Guardian Tanks has been referred to multiple clients by TSSA when they inquired about products that meet their requirements. All of them are designed and engineered with TSSA in mind which has pushed us to come up with innovative ways to make our products a cut above the rest when it comes to safety standards. The best example is our OVERFILL, PRESSURE AND EXPANSION-SPILL PROTECTION SYSTEM for which we have a patent pending.

The spill protection system is now standard on all Guardian Tanks trailers that needs to meet TSSA requirements.
