A Quick Overview of Your Role :

• Organize projects, workstations, and employees according to planning.
• Assemble large-scale projects.
• Analyze blueprints with attention to detail.
• Answer employees' questions and provide clear instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness (5S method) and ensure equipment functions properly with maintenance.
• Secure the workshop at the end of shifts by locking doors, shutting down equipment, and activating the alarm system when required.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Plan assembly steps to ensure staff safety, especially for large projects.

Bonus Skills

• Being bilingual is an asset.
• Knowledge of assembly and welding would be an advantage.
